Tasks:
Manage daily customer orders, including reconciliation, corrective actions, and timely customer communication
Organize and coordinate shipments to OEM customers
Monitor factory and consignment inventory, identifying and addressing potential gaps early
Secure replenishment to OE warehouses to ensure just-in-time supply
Collaborate with OEMs to improve forecast accuracy and order fulfillment
Support and drive continuous improvement of supply chain services and processes
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in business economics or a comparable apprenticeship/experience
At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, sales support, or a similar role (internship required for fresh graduates)
Experience in transport/logistics and exposure to fast-paced or multinational environments
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with a proactive mindset
Strong communication skills and confidence interacting across different hierarchy levels
Fluency in English and German
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), SAP, and a solid understanding of core supply chain processes
