The registered office of RIGO Trading S.A. - as Representatives of the HARIBO Group in Luxembourg – is established in L-2663 Senningerberg, 6 Route de Treves, in the EBBC business complex, close to the Luxembourgish Airport. The company started up only in 2014 and currently employs mor than 90 employees.

One purpose of the company is the acquisition by purchase, registration, and transfer by sale or exchange of intellectual and industrial property rights. RIGO Trading S.A. takes care of the procurement and in particular the purchase of CAPEXs, raw materials, packaging, and print materials, for the activities of the companies of its group and the distribution of goods produced on the Luxembourg market and to duty free and retail customers worldwide. The global Travel Retail Management and as well the associated Marketing and Key Account Management have been successfully established in RIGO Trading S.A. during the years 2015 and 2016. Since 2017 the Global Export / Developing Markets Management (for more than 40 countries) and Sales and Marketing activities have been consolidated in Luxembourg as well.

We are looking to recruit a (Senior) Specialist Demand Planning starting as soon as possible. The contract is limited to a duration of 9-10 months. The (Senior) Specialist Demand Planning will be involved in all facets of the Demand, Supply, and Inventory Planning Operations and will be part of a dynamic and international team in a fast-growing company in Luxembourg. Depending on your professional experience, we will hire you for either
a Senior Specialist or Specialist position.

Main responsibilities:

• Effectively plan the weekly / monthly demands for the assigned portfolio on an 18-month horizon
• Monitor supply plans and interact with Supply and Global Planning teams to maximize customer service level
• Communicate with purpose on forecast, shortages, and inventory
• Assortment review based on forecast and validation of new launches in partnership with Portfolio teams
• Provide Supply Chain insights on product development and sourcing strategies
• Monitor and ensure on time supply of phase in and phase out products (launches and discontinuation).
• Monitor product availability, inventory levels and order fulfilment
• Analyze root-cause of shortages and take corrective action
• Build and improve the Demand Planning function for the BUs in scope in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Provide insights and roll-out Supply Chain Planning & Inventory management practices
• Create and implement reporting tools and KPIs to monitor performance
• Contribute to continuous improvements of forecasts techniques
• Works closely with sales & marketing team to gather market knowledge and improve forecast accuracy
• Ensure all systems share the same information.

Requested Profile:

• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain and/or demand planning
• Master's degree in business, commerce, supply chain or logistics
• Knowledge of Export Markets (prior supply chain experience is very valuable)
• FMCG and Food sectors is considered an advantage
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, planning and working to deadlines, attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible, pro-active, structured, and quality-oriented
• Strong ability to work independently as well as a team player
• Knowledge of SAP and APO-DP would be an advantage
• Languages: English business fluent
