Luxembourg House of Cybersecurity g.i.e. established in 2010 under the patronage of the Ministry of Economy, in partnership with SIGI and SYVICOL is strengthening its high performing team.
We are currently seeking a AI and Dataspace Governance - GRC, Compliance Manager(m/f/d) on a full-time basis to join our team.
Mission and role
The AI and Dataspace Governance Expert contributes to the design of governance frameworks, methodologies, and support tools enabling AI systems and a cybersecurity dataspace to align, by design, with European AI, data, and cybersecurity regulatory frameworks.
The role includes the following activities:
• Contribute to the design of AI governance and risk management frameworks, supporting early-stage risk classification, documentation, and mitigation.
• Support the definition of data governance and data quality principles relevant to AI systems, in alignment with European AI act, cybersecurity, data protection and data governance regulation.
• Support the definition of methodologies and tools for regulatory alignment, compliance mapping, and preparation for future conformity assessment. Contribute to the design of trust, security, and compliance mechanisms enabling trusted data sharing within the dataspace.
• Contribute to the integration of human oversight, accountability, and documentation mechanisms within AI system design processes.
• Contribute to the design and structuring of the governance framework for a cybersecurity dataspace, including roles, responsibilities, and coordination mechanisms.
• Support the definition of data and AI models access, sharing, and usage rules, ensuring trust, data sovereignty, and regulatory alignment and align with European and international standard practice.
• Support alignment with European Data Spaces governance principles and relevant EU regulatory frameworks.
• Contribute to positioning the cybersecurity dataspace for its evolution towards a European Cybersecurity Dataspace.
• Work in close cooperation with cybersecurity, AI and technical teams, and support coordination with national and European stakeholders.
Profile and Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Master degree in Law, Public Policy, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Data Governance, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of European regulatory frameworks related to AI, data, and cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory or policy requirements into governance frameworks, methodologies, or support tools.
• Strong analytical, structuring, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written, German and Luxembourgish are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in leading and coordinating initiatives in the mentioned areas in a European wide context.
• Experience with handling regulatory requirements.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary and multi-stakeholder environments.
