Your Task:
Account Management & Growth:
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing SMB+ customers.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty throughout the relationship.
Secure contract renewals and continuously develop the existing portfolio.
Business Development:
Prospect new customers through cold calls, events, and networking.
Develop and manage a solid sales pipeline within the SMB+ market.
Present and promote cegecom solutions (Cloud, Connectivity, Voice, Security, Data Center, etc.).
Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
Performance & Reporting:
Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs.
Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting in CRM tools.
Report on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights.
Your profile:
Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management (preferably in ICT, Telecom, or Managed Services).
Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and portfolio growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong motivation, resilience, and team spirit - a sporty mindset with a drive to win.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting.
Fluency in French and English; Luxembourgish or German is an asset.
