What will you do?

Being part of the team, you will:

Provide administrative and secretarial support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The role involves handling correspondence, managing documents, and supporting internal and external communication in a professional and efficient manner.

Furthermore you will :

• Provide general administrative and secretarial support
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls)
• Prepare, format and file documents, reports and presentations
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems (electronic and paper-based)
• Provide support in relation to clients' engagement lifecycle

o Open engagements in Financial Management Tool
o Support in WIP review and assessment
o Prepare, submit for validation and finalise invoices
o Participate in debtors' meetings and support with follow up
o Monitor and analyse the financial aspects of client files in collaboration with Partners and Finance

• Schedule meetings, manage calendars and organize appointments
• Assist with travel arrangements and meeting logistics when required
• Always ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
• Support other administrative tasks as required

This position is for you if:

• You hold a Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Secretariat, or a related field
• You possess a first experience in an administrative or secretarial role can be an asset
• You speak English and French fluently
• You possess a good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Teams
• You demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills
• You pay attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• You are proactive, reliable and eager to learn
• You posses good communication and interpersonal skills
• You are able to work both independently and as part of a team
