FARAD Investment Management S.A. (FARAD I.M.), founded in Luxembourg in 2005, is licensed as a Professional of the Financial Sector (PSF) by the Luxembourg Ministry of Finance and is supervised by the Luxembourg regulator, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).

FARAD I.M. has a B2B (business-to-business) approach, meaning that we aim to work with other professionals and provide them with support services based on our experience.

FARAD Investment Management S.A. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative & Legal Governance Officer to join our team. This hybrid role integrates responsibilities across corporate governance, legal support, and administrative operations, working closely with the Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as Corporate Secretary coordinating Company meeting organisation, management of meeting rooms and sub-rent companies needs
Act as Corporate Secretary collecting, classifying and managing the different corporate documents received by post for FARAD IM and other sub rent or domiciled companies
Act as Corporate Secretary assisting in the preparation and review of legal documentation, including agreements, resolutions, policies, procedures, checklists, communications, and other corporate documents.
Support the Chief Compliance Officer in the daily activities of AML/KYC controls: collection of documents for onboarding and ongoing due diligence files, update compliance and screening systems, including WorldCheck and Bankvista, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory alignment.
Provide administrative and operational support to the senior management, contributing to the office organisation and cross-departmental projects and initiatives.

Ideal Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in compliance, legal administration, or corporate governance, ideally within a regulated financial institution.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent command of MS Office and familiarity with compliance software/tools.
• Fluency in English; French or Italian is considered a strong asset.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Our offer:
