YOUR MISSION :

Join us as a Senior Procurement Officer to :

Draft, review, and ensure the quality control of Assignment Terms of Reference (ATORs), which serve as requests for offers issued to suppliers under established Framework Agreements.
Coordinate and follow up on Call-Off procedures, including document management, deadline monitoring, and official communications with suppliers.
Create and manage requisitions, which are subsequently converted into Purchase Orders during later stages of the procurement process.
Process and track invoices in line with procurement and financial procedures.
Ensure full compliance with procurement policies, Terms and Conditions, and applicable internal regulations.

YOUR SKILLS :
Solid understanding of public procurement principles and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong document management and record-keeping skills.
Ability to monitor compliance and ensure adherence to established procurement rules.
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely execution of all steps in the procurement cycle.
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and error-free work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
