Our client, a company that provides short-, medium-, and long-term car leasing solutions in Luxembourg, is looking for a Procurement and Operations Manager. This is a permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage key supplier relationships.
• Drive cost optimization, procurement revenues and overall supplier performance.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for service improvements and savings.
• Produce procurement analyses, reports and performance indicators to support decision-making.
• Lead operational improvement projects and process optimization initiatives.
• Manage supplier risk, governance and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and customer
satisfaction.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer and driver experience.
Profile:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Supplier Management or Operations.
• Previous experience in a senior procurement or management role.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record in supplier management, contract negotiations and cost optimization.
