Electrical / Application Engineer (m/f)

Voltcore is a Luxembourg deep-tech startup developing conductive polymer heating textiles for automotive and apparel markets (Audi, BMW, Forvia).

As Electrical / Application Engineer you are our prototype delivery engine:

• build heating-pad assemblies;
• develop and optimise wire-to-fabric connections (ultrasonic welding, low-temperature soldering);
• perform electrical characterisation (linear/contact resistance, power mapping, thermal imaging);
• integrate NTC sensors, thermostats and control electronics;
• prepare customer samples and documentation for automotive programs; support certification testing (LV124, flammability, EMC) with external labs.
• This is the most client-facing technical role, working directly with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

Profile:

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Applied Physics with 2-4 years' hands-on prototyping experience;
• soldering, crimping, cable preparation, basic electronics (12V, resistance measurement, sensor wiring);
• comfortable at customer sites.
• Working language English; French an asset.
• Valid driving licence.

On-site in Bissen.
