Production Coordinator (m/f)

Our company, based in Luxembourg, is part of the WEINIG group. WEINIG is a German group, producing machines and production lines for solid wood and panels production. We benefit from the flexibility of a 50-employee company but with robustness of a wide international group behind us.

We are looking for skilled and motivated Production Coordinator (F/M). The ideal candidate assists the Production Director in his daily tasks and ensures production capabilities within the production teams.

Responsibilities:

Help the teams achieve goals regarding production and related tasks (spare parts, procurement, order processing, …).
- Ensure backup on Production Teams Office Tasks
- Help the teams achieve goals regarding the scope of responsibilities of the Production department at Luxscan : order processing, procurement, purchasing, production, spare parts and upgrade business, logistics, overall company support
- Understand and implement current and future regulations, for example those related to environmental compliance (EUDR, CBAM, CSRD …)
- Participate in strategic projects
- Implement new strategies
- Participate in the infrastructure support (ERP system maintenance (SAGE), …)
- Maintain data quality within the system (ERP)

Your profile:

- Education: At least a bachelor's degree in a technical field. A Master's or Engineering degree is considered a plus.
- Experience: At least 2 to 3 years within an industrial company preferred
- Fluent in English and French
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Able to define, monitor, and achieve KPIs.

- Power BI and SQL knowledge
- Technical knowledge regarding mechanical and electrical components
