Line Manager (F/M/X)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

Management and supervision of production supervisors and process engineers or technicians
Cooperation with EHS for ensuring a safe work environment
Leadership and direction for employees to influence behavior, improve know-how and strengthen ownership and responsibility
Guidance of production process and continuous improvement actions in collaboration with production, maintenance, engineering, development, logistics and quality departments
Assurance of product availability on time with optimal efficiency and quality, interaction with scheduling, customers and suppliers, detection of deviations, root-cause analysis, implementation of corrective actions, development of new processes, reporting to Value Stream Leader



This is what you bring to us:

Degree in engineering in production, mechanics or similar
Three to five years experience in supervisory role in manufacturing environment
Mandatory knowledge in logistics, inventory and process control combined with LEAN mindset and knowledge
Excellent analytical and communication skills in English and French with German as an asset and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Effective leadership ability combined with commitment to Webasto values, self-motivation and proactive task completion
