Representative (MMER) (m / f / d)
The MMER supports the Operational Quality by monitoring and calibrating the measuring and testing equipment used
in the company to ensure, compliance with applicable quality management standards and regulations. This process
is covered by the “VA 7.6-01 Monitoring and Measurement Equipment” procedure.
Key Responsibilities
 Manage the monitoring of measurement equipment
 Planning and Procurement of new measurement and test equipment
 Carrying out testing equipment capability analysis
 Registration, updating and monitor the equipment in the monitoring software
 Performing calibrations and adjustments of the equipment within the specified timelines with processing of
records
 Planning, performing, organizing the repair and maintenance of the equipment including the retrospective
assessments
 Quarantine monitoring and measurement equipment
 Supporting on process validation activities in the scope of test and measuring equipment
 Planning, coordination and controlling of external calibration services
 Verify external calibration laboratories certification
 Creation and updating of internal calibration instructions and measurement protocols according to internal
procedures
 Ensure compliance with the relevant quality standards and norms
 Implementation of internal testing devices
 Responsibility of the internal DAQ monitoring system
 Training of the operators as applicable
 Coordinate and support cross-functional teams in technical problem-solving and root cause analysis for
internal and external claims
 Backup for new product/documentation releases and supplier qualification processes in line with
internal procedures
Education:
Bachelor in electrical / mechatronic / mechanical engineering or equivalent technical degree
Experience:
2 years in a similar position under an industrial environment

 Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Technical Knowledge:
 Knowledge of the applicable standards and regulations in the scope of measurement systems
 Knowledge of MS Office 365
 Basic knowledge of measurement techniques
 Knowledge of capability analysis on test equipment
 Languages: Fluent in English as mandatory (written and spoken). German and/or French is an asset
