-Master's degree or equivalent in one of the following disciplines:
• Civil Engineering
• Chemical Engineering
• Chemical Plant / Process Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Industrial Construction Engineering
• or a closely related engineering discipline

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

This role demands deep technical expertise and the ability to navigate complex engineering challenges through critical thinking and adaptability.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in large industrial or chemical plant engineering projects.

Hands-on experience:
• Civil and industrial construction
• Process and technological design
• Construction engineering and site execution
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects in Europe.
• Experience working with EPC or EPCM contractors is essential.
