• Plan and lead practices, training camps, competitions and shows
• Choreograph routines for the following categories: Beginners, 12&under, Fitness Team
• Take care of athletes during regular practices, training camps, competition and shows
• Manage the administrative tasks related to the position
• Create a strong team spirit
• Assist our team of swimming coaches in our swim school
