The Vauban&Fort Group is an innovative leader in the real estate market and a pioneer in coliving in Luxembourg since 2015. We build thriving communities of international professionals and are looking for an organized and proactive Maintenance Support Officer to join our dynamic team.

Main tasks:

Written and verbal client communication on the maintenance issues
Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with residents
Maintain oversight for quality, time spend completion of the maintenance tasks
Manage the task creating system and making sure the maintenance requests are created correctly and the urgency set is correct
Ensure maintenance department objectives and KPIs are met
Property checks


Your profile:

1-2 years experience in customer service, hospitality industry or other client-facing roles
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Great sense of organisation and attention to detail
Ability to plan, schedule work activities, anticipate issues, and solve problems
Driving license (mandatory)
Fluency in English is mandatory. French and Portuguese are an advantage.
