BIL Corporate Finance is seeking an execution‑driven M&A professional (Associate to Director level) to reinforce its sell‑side M&A and Capital Advisory practice. As Luxembourg's only fully integrated small‑ and mid‑cap investment bank, Corprate Finance delivers bespoke financial advisory, structured finance, and syndication solutions to entrepreneurs, families, corporates, and institutions across the full private‑market lifecycle, with a strong focus on Private Equity and Real Estate.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Finance, the role is primarily focused on the hands‑on execution of sell‑side M&A mandates and capital raising transactions, including debt and equity financing, across Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Germany. The position requires a strong team player, working collaboratively across advisory, structured finance, and syndication activities.
