Accounting Client Coordinator (m/f)

As an Accounting Client Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting team for our clients active in Private Equity or Real Estate. Working closely with your colleagues from the accounting team and directly with the clients, your responsibilities will include:

1. Liaising with Client Representatives and Other Parties:

• Acting as the main point of contact for client representatives, custodians, auditors, and property managers on various accounting matters.
• Coordinating the exchange of information to ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting records.

2. Administrative Follow-Up:

• Ensuring administrative follow-up related to investments and various accounting documents such as loan contracts.
• Making sure all documents are properly archived and accessible for business needs.

3. Providing Assistance During Periodic Client Meetings:

• Offering logistical and administrative support during periodic meetings with clients.
• Preparing necessary documents and participation in discussions to address accounting queries

4. Monitoring Banking Operations:

• Overseeing daily banking operations and maintaining effective communication with banks.
• Verifying transactions to ensure they are properly recorded and compliant with internal policies.

5. Assisting During Capital Call and Distribution Process:

• Supporting the capital and distribution process ( support of T.A. team from Accounting queries)

6. Collaborating with the Operational Accounting Team :

• Working closely with the operational accounting team to ensure daily tasks are efficiently completed.
• Sharing information and best practices to improves internal processes.

Your profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Accountancy or business administration qualification
• Experience in Lux GAAP accounting for Private Equity/Real Estate funds, Holding Companies, SPVs etc. in Luxembourg
• Knowledge of additional accounting standards and principals (IFRS, US GAAP) is an advantage
• Excellent command of English and French, with good knowledge of German or Luxembourgish considered an additional asset
• Analytical mind with strong sense of providing high quality output
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of Word, Excel
